  • Pending orders are in the process of payment (This can take up to 3 days). Once the payment is successfully received, the order status will update from "pending" to "fulfilled." Please note that "fulfilled" does not indicate the order has been delivered; it means the order is now being prepared and packaged.

  • After a purchase is confirmed the package/packages should take no longer than 1-2 weeks to arrive. A longer wait might apply if the size for a particular item is out of stock.

  • After a purchase is made you will receive a confirmation email stating your order number, tracking number and expected delivery date. In the email click on the option that allows you to view your order and it will redirect you to a new page allowing you receive tracking updates.

  • You must submit a claim within 30 days of the expected delivery date.

  • All sales are final, However you may return products within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

    The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is faulty or damaged.

    Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges on items.

  • If a product is damaged upon arrival and unopened you may request a replacement within 30 days of receiving the product. You may need to provide photographic proof.

  • While paintings are currently unavailable for purchase, they will be soon. I appreciate your patience and encourage you to check back for updates.
